Join Banners Broker – it’s free to open an account
Login and go to Campaigns> Manage Campaigns >
Name your campaign
Select your target category
Input 1000 into the target impressions box
Add destination url of the banner
Select geo-target locations (countries or towns)
Select the banner size(s) (up to 10 options are available)
Add the location link for the image

There will be a delay while your campaign is approved and publishers in your niche are found, then it will go live. Once your campaign is live, you can click View Report to see your impression count and banner clicks graphs and reports.
