- Select ‘Campaigns’ then select ‘Manage Campaigns’
- Add basic information (campaign name, target category, number of impressions assigned, destination url)
- For global ad geo-targeting: click on Country Target and select ’All Countries’
- For country ad geo-targeting: click on Country Target and create a list by adding selected countries individually
- For local ad geo-targeting or regional advertising: click on City Target, enter town or city name into search box, select from options presented, then add to the Selected Cities list to create a single city target or add several for regional ad geo-targeting
